Working in the studio

Today  I continued to work on the three  ship wreck studied. 
Here is one not finished 
I am trying to decide how to develop it further.
Did three drawing studied to help .

Continued ship wreck oil painting

This is a photo of a section of the work
This is a first stage of development 

Once this is dry I continue with the use of raw pigments and Maglip with oil painting 



I shall look at this tomorrow and continue on the two other paintings in this series

Studio Practice Ship Wreck developments

Today in the Studio 






Decided to use canvas boards already painted with a textural acrylic paint .
Going to work on three boards all together. Take each through a similar process.
The first  section from copy of ship wreck.

The third isolation 


This is my favourite the use of a medium  black and burnt sienna.
And a clay shaper to scratch out.
